transformation COACHing for this generation
Covid really knocked us for a loop. From the school system being upended and our children attending class online to losing our loved ones and trying to navigate everything in between. Our kids are in unfamiliar territory as we try and get back to the way things used to be, combined with the new normal. Most of us have experienced a shift that we can’t explain and more than anything, parents are looking for ways to get their kids back. Back to the present. Back to normal. Back to being kids. Back to being excited and motivated about their future.
Talk to any kid about the pandemic and they’ll answer with indifference. They’ll answer with sadness. They’ll share how disconnected they feel. Our kids seem to float around aimlessly with no real hope for what can be. It’s like the magic of life has been stolen from them and a lot of them have no clear way to get it back. As adults, caregivers, teachers, and mentors, we seem to be just as disheartened. For the last few years, we’ve all lived behind screens with no real human connection. We’ve lost our community and connectedness. We’re trying to get back to “the way things were” but don’t be fooled by the impact that the lock-downs, distance learning, and working from home has had on our well-being.
Our kids have a hope and a future. They have gifts and talents given to them at birth that they can use to fulfill their true purpose in this life.

MY COACHING METHOD
-
GRAB YOUR GEAR
It all starts by learning what tools you have and how to use them. What are your strengths, your gifts, your talents? We’ll spend time working on what you do best and how you can use your skill and these tools to gear up for your purpose and your journey.
-
LEARN THE LAY OF THE LAND
Next, just as explorers learn about their environment, the dangers, and the harsh terrain, we’ll reflect on what is causing the detours and “road blocks” to your purpose, and learn how to overcome these obstacles.
-
X MARKS THE SPOT
The last step? We’ve learned that it’s not just the destination that’s important. We’ve also learned that it’s the journey to our destination that helps us fall back into love with our lives again. This is where we find the adventure and live with intention.
